Brand: Reed
Reference: R2400
The REED thermometer, model R2400, is the portable digital instrument for monitoring temperature by contact or immersion. It allows the temperature reading up to 1,300 ° C, using a Type K thermocouple.
The temperature measurement, using the REED R2400 thermometer, is carried out by means of a single Type K moldable wire probe, connected to the instrument, which can be used in any type of reading: by contact, immersion or penetration of the object under evaluation, up to 1,300 ° C.
The REED R2400 model can be used in applications in the pharmaceutical, industrial or commercial area. It is ideal for monitoring the process of cooking, preserving, drying or freezing food. The thermocouple can be exchanged to a REED TP-01, for the measurement of a lower temperature range (between -40 ° C to 250 ° C), which with its easy handling makes it recommended for use in home applications.
The instrument's "Hold" mode of operation allows freezing of the display reading. The "Max" function records and updates the highest reading made.
