Autonautic has designed a highly accurate quartz watch and analog stopwatch. It is defined as a watch with constant error rate, made by German UTS and with the highest standards of precision within quartz watches.
The chronometer is mounted on a brass car, with the classic gimbal of a 100% nautical watch. It is inserted in a beech wood box, finished in mahogany and varnished. The finishes of the watch are gold plated, as well as all its accessories.
The watch is encased in a gold plated solid brass case with a 5mm thick glass bezel that is beveled on its circumference. The watch has a 12-hour Roman numeral dial with a sweep second hand. Guaranteed accuracy is less than 1 second per day of error. The box size is 7.6 x 7.6 x 3.3 inches. Power is from an AA-size battery that lasts 2 years.
