The way of using it is very simple : you just have to turn on the device using the lower right button, the other button where there is an M is used to set the date and time together with the other + and - buttons.

The measurement results that appear on the screen are validated by the World Health Organization , and that through the column of colors located on the left side of the screen with green, yellow, orange and red colors, will indicate the health condition.
