Description

All Baxlo Shore hardness testers include a certificate of their calibration, but any modification or recalibration of the device requires the issuance of a new certificate. In the case of shore durometers with 0/00 scales, it is required to control the type of penetration spherical tip used and the force exerted by it on its measurement path.

This certificate is issued following the international requirements and standards required of organizations that perform precision instrument calibrations. The certificate is accompanied by an annex specifying all the technical details of the device and its new calibration.
General calibration data for Shore 0 and 00 models:

Spherical penetrator diameter: 2.38 mm (for scales 0 and 00)
Penetrating force for scale 0: 822 gr
Penetrating force for scale 00: 113 gr
