Description
The Celestron LCM 80 telescope is of the Newton Refractor type with altazimuth mount and GO TO automatic system. It has a database of 4,000 objects and an ultra fast automatic alignment system called SkyAlign. Simply by selecting three different objects the computerized control unit will do the automatic alignment in seconds. Once alignment is produced the universe will be just one button away. Using a telescope has never been so easy!

Leave the planetarium at home! The GO TO Celestron LCM 80 telescope allows you to locate thousands of celestial objects fully automatically. To start, we will do the automatic alignment with the SkyAlign system by selecting three bright objects in our telescope. From here, your LCM telescope can calculate the time, date, and location and orient itself in the sky.
Take a look at the control unit and select any star, planet, galaxy or nebula from the database. Within seconds the LCM centers it in the eyepiece and follows its movement across the sky. Pressing the SkyTour button the LCM generates a list of the best celestial objects that are visible at that time. Are you going to miss it?
