Celestron Omni 120 XLT Telescope

The Celestron OMNI XLT series offers a range of equatorial mount manual telescopes with different optical designs, ideal for the amateur observer but wanting to go beyond the simple initiation range, for example the Astromaster or Powerseeker series.

The Celestron Omni XLT 120mm is a CG-4 manual equatorial mount refractor optical tube 120mm diameter telescope, an ideal set for planetary and lunar observation.

The XLT optical treatment of the lenses guarantees higher quality, sharpness and contrast , a notable difference with previous versions. Thus, this refractor model with more aperture will allow a high contrast and luminous planetary observation, especially if it is applied together with more specific planetary filters . The use of lunar filters is also recommended for observing the moon

The aperture is 120mm with a focal ratio of f / 8.33 . A 25mm eyepiece is included, which gives 40X magnification. The included finder is 6x30 along with a 125 "diagonal.

The mount is an equatorial Omni CG-4 type , with a stainless steel tripod and two counterweights. It is designed so that your orientation movements are smooth and precise.
