Equatorial mount Celestron CGEM

The CGEM computerized equatorial mount is an insurance for those who use this telescope for astrophotography. Robust, with a high load capacity (18kg) + 5º / min turning speed and with an ergonomic design with wide azimuth and altitude adjustment controls. Very precise tracking of objects located near the Meridian, therefore the astrophotographer will be able to take photographs of any celestial point. Contains a database of up to 40,000 objects.

The innovative All-Star alignment process allows the user to select any bright star, while the program calculates the alignment with the polar. Also noteworthy is the Permanent Periodic Error Correction (PEC) system, thus correcting the periodic error of the gears.
