German Equatorial-Altazimuth Mount SkyWatcher GOTO AZEQ6 PRO SynScan

The SkyWatcher AZEQ6 Pro mount offers the unique opportunity to combine Altazimuth and Equatorial use in one mount. This product goes beyond astronomical use and photography or video professionals have also been able to get the best out of it.

Its load capacity rises to 25kg, with a contained weight of up to 15kg. Therefore, within its dimensions, it is a handy and easily transportable product for astronomical field trips. It incorporates the permanent correction of the periodic error , which can be calibrated with autoguido or through your PC.
With the patented fredoom find (dual-encoder) technology, the telescope can be moved either manually or electronically on both axes and without losing information on its position or alignment. After moving to point at a new object, the telescope will automatically start tracking the new object precisely. It will not be necessary to realign the telescope throughout the observation session.
