Meade ETX 90 Observatory Telescope

The new Meade ETX 90 Observer telescope is an ideal telescope to start seriously in the exciting world of astronomy. Its versatility is found in its double-arm altazimuth mount that incorporates a wedge that makes it equatorial, ideal for astrophotography . Its reduced size and weight is the main attraction since it is the smallest on the market and we can transport it without problems.
At the optical level, it incorporates the best optical system based on the characteristic mirror-lens binomial of the Maksutov-Cassegrain which offer excellent images rich in contrast, brightness and sharpness. In addition, it incorporates the famous Meade UHTC (Ultra-High Transmission Coatings) treatment that guarantees maximum light transmission and accentuates the quality of observation. With the ETX-90 you can make planetary and lunar observations in maximum detail as well as deep sky observations of stars, galaxies and nebulae at the touch of a button.
The ETX series is characterized by its lightness and ease of use as well as the high quality of observation that distinguishes Meade telescopes with very high resolution, contrast and image brightness. Its ease is accentuated by the motor system on both axes that allows the telescope to be operated from the remote control, which has a database of up to 30,000 objects.
The new Meade ETX 90 Observer telescope incorporates substantial innovations with respect to the previous model that will not leave anyone indifferent:

• Control Audiostar: with a database of more than 30,000 objects, it now incorporates a speaker that will explain in detail the objects you are observing, making it an excellent learning tool for all ages.
• Detachable Tube: Until then the telescope tube could not be removed from the fork mount. It is interesting that we can decouple the tube since it will allow us to reuse the telescope in the future if we want to obtain one of greater benefits by serving as a guide telescope.
  
• Transport case: the case was an optional accessory that made the product 15% more expensive but essential to maintain the telescope in good condition. The new Meade ETX90 comes standard with the hard case to carry both the mount and the telescope tube as well as an excellent case to carry the tripod.
