The first telescopes were formed by two glass lenses that were placed at the ends of a tube and since then they have been perfected to be increasingly powerful, so that today they have allowed us to delve deeper into the universe.
However, it was in 1668 when Isaac Newton created the first functional reflecting telescope made up of a combination of mirrors: on the one hand it uses a curved or concave mirror to focus light and, on the other, a diagonal mirror that reflects light to a lens of the eyepiece.
