Optika B-500 Microscope, 1000X, Trinocular

The B-500 series presents a wide range of advanced biological microscope models for use in research laboratories and / or universities.

The entire series has a trinocular head , with a variety of objectives depending on the type of optics and the observation system.

• Trinocular head inclined 30º and rotatable 360º
  
• Diopter adjustment in left eyepiece.
  
• Interpupillary adjustment between 55-75mm.
  

Optika offers optical systems:

• Infinitix: Combines infinity optical correction with standard 160mm optics.
  
• IOS : Objectives corrected to infinity.
  

The optical treatment of the B-500 series lenses is divided into:

• Achromatic Semi-Plan
  
• Achromatic plan
  

The entire series arrives has a maximum magnification of 1000X , objective of 100X (immersion). The eyepieces are wide field WF10X / 22mm.

• Choice of 4X, 10X, 40X and 100X lenses
  
• Option targets of Ph 10X, Ph 20X, Ph40X and Ph 100X for phase contrast
  

The revolver is quintuple and tilted inward. Rotating in both directions.
The B-500Tsp is the only model in the series with 20W halogen lighting . The rest incorporate innovative X-LED3 lighting.
The innovative X-LED3 lighting system combines a highly efficient LED system together with a special optical system, this allows doubling the light intensity of a traditional LED. The resulting light is comparable to a 50W halogen but with a color of 6300K.

The B-500POL and B-500POL-I models incorporate transmitted polarized light. Polarization or polarized light allows a more special analysis of certain biological and mineral materials, for example fine sections in gemology.

The fluorescence microscope is used to determine substances with autofluorescence, by influencing light of a certain wavelength. Fluorochromes that are used to stain the nucleus of cells are sensitive. (TiFl model)

The phase contrast microscope allows uncolored cells to be observed and is especially useful for living cells . (Tph and Tiph models).
The B-383-MET model, indicated for the study of materials science :   IOS Infinity MET 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100X Plan objectives. Industry microscope with polarizer and analyzer (filters)
The stage is mechanical 175x145mm with X / Y movement.
Depending on the model, they incorporate 3 types of capacitors:

• AN 1.2 folding with centering option
  
• AN 0.90 folding and with centering option
  
• AN 1.25 for phase contrast with phase ring centering system
