The Optika SZN series stereomicroscopes or binocular loupes are made up of 10 different models , adapted to all research needs, both for biological and geological sciences . Different types of lighting, supports and bases allow detailed analysis of any type of sample.
The models in this series combine the possibility of a bi or trinocular head , which are rotatable 360º and inclined 45º. The heads carry 2 EWF 10X / 22mm wide field eyepieces.
The objective is with zoom , in a range between 0.67 and 4.5X which allows to obtain a total magnification of up to 45X in standard conditions and up to 180X combining additional eyepieces and lenses. The objective is achromatic parafocal , retaining focus as we vary the zoom or magnification range. Regardless of the magnifying glass pose macro and micrometric focus, rack-and-pinion system, to adjust with precision the focus of the sample.
The stage is supplied with two black / white discs and a sample clip. The most important differences between the different models focus on the type of base , which can be column or suspension , single or articulated. In the latter cases it is ideal for working with larger samples.
Lighting is another of the characteristics that varies according to the model. There are models without lighting (SZN 1,27,8,9 i 10) and models with incident LED3 lighting and transmitted with a white diffuser disc. Incident lighting arises from two adjustable gooseneck arms on SZN 5 and 6 models.
