Shipments are made through external transport companies; Depending on the weight, volume, urgency, or other factors, the price will be modified. However, for purchases over 80€, the costs will be reduced based on different factors until they can eventually become totally free.

RAIG is not responsible for additional expenses or returns as a consequence of special taxes at destination, customs or similar.

Delivery times

Delivery times range from 2 to 5 days, from the confirmation of payment (depending on the territorial scope of the client and the volume of preparation of the same). These deadlines are indicative and RAIG reserves the right to delay them for reasons beyond the control of the company. In any case, we will always try to shorten shipping times as much as possible to ensure fast and efficient receipt of orders.

The fact of having paid in advance for an order does not oblige RAIG to complete the operation for reasons beyond the control of the company or stock shortages.

Warranty and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt to execute your right of return.

RAIG S.A. guarantees all its products for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. In the event of manufacturing defect or any damage to the product, RAIG S.A. undertakes to send it to the corresponding technical service for review and repair it at no cost, replace it with a new one or make the corresponding refund in case of impossibility of replacement. Only in these cases, all the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product or the same product repaired, are borne by RAIG S.A.

To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition with all its accessories, instruction manuals and original packaging.

RAIG S.A. advises you to protect the products, since in case of returns, in exercise of your right of withdrawal, or for breakdowns or defects that are not covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, you will be responsible for any possible damage suffered by the products during transport.

Therefore, we suggest you return the merchandise by certified mail and with insurance for the value of the product. This insurance will be very useful in case of damage or loss of the goods by the transport company.

Once RAIG S.A. receive the return and check the condition of the products, will proceed to change another product for an amount equal to or greater than the purchase object of return. RAIG SA also offers the option of making a voucher for the same amount of the product being returned.

The shipping and return costs are borne by the customer, as well as their own additional costs caused by it, such as phone calls, time spent handling the return, etc.

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the protection of personal data, as a client of RAIG SA you can at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, communicating it to us by email to info@raig.com.

RAIG SA manages and maintains the file of its clients for the purposes of commercial dealings with them; either for shipping orders, writing invoices etc. but in no case will it provide any data to third parties.
