The N3C-R ring substantially improves your lighting, eliminating unwanted shadows. It uses the passive lighting system as it benefits from the microscope's own LED light system. The ring redirects this LED light to form focused, diffuse and uniform illumination.
It can be used with Dino-Lite polarizing microscopes, being compatible with the series: AM4115 / 4515/4815 / AM7115 / AM7515 / AM7915 and models: AM4115ZT, AM4515ZT, AM4815ZT, AM715MZT, AM7515MZT and AM7915MZT. However, it is not compatible with high-magnification models such as: AM4515T5 or AM4515T8
There is no need to mount or use an external light ring, so no additional heat is generated and no appreciable weight is added. This makes the N3C-R a very affordable ring light solution, providing even more flexibility when using Dino-Lite. It requires a working distance between 2 and 15cm.
