Small, light and portable is this 15x magnification magnifier. The lens is achromatic glass, extremely sharp and bright. Ideal for observations that require very detailed detail.
Aesthetically it may resemble conventional watchmaker's loupes, but it has nothing to do with them. This model is a contact model, that is, the sample is placed just below the plastic circumference and is analyzed by the viewer.
The fact that the bottom of the magnifying glass is closed has an explanation: it does not let reflections pass and it protects the lens from possible scratches. It does not produce chromatic aberrations or distortions. In addition you can unscrew the ring and adapt any other lens of the same diameter with more or less amplitude.
