Testo 926 is an immersion and penetration thermometer, adapted for use in food . Industrial kitchens, restaurants, catéring, domestic kitchen, etc ... are different areas where the Testo 926 can have an outstanding utility.
You have the possibility to configure limit values and program alarms for when these values are exceeded. There is also an option to incorporate different types of probe according to the environment where we have to carry out the measurement (these additional probes are not included in the product).
With the TopSafe protective sleeve , you can wash the probe in the dishwasher.
