Steiner's SkyHawk 4.0 binocular with 42mm aperture is available in 8x and 10x magnification . It is an ideal binocular for observing nature , on your trips or mountain routes. High-contrast Steiner optics give you sharp, sharp, contrasting images, ideal for observing even the smallest detail in the most difficult conditions .
Steiner's fast close focus system allows a precise and continuous focus with the central focus control, thanks to this focus you will be able to see details with great clarity and very quickly . This setting is also comfortable and easy to practice. It allows presetting of the observation distance and focus at all times, with just one turn, thanks to its XL focus knob .
Steiner swivel eyepieces are self-locking to always provide the optimal distance to the eyepiece, especially for eyeglass wearers. The three levels of the swivel cups allow an ergonomic position, a classic cylindrical position and an eyeglass wearer position. If the eyebrows don't fit exactly, they can be fine-tuned using the eyebrow fine-tuning mechanism. The ergonomic part of the rotating eyepieces offers optimal protection against scattered side light . The binocular is filled with nitrogen under pressure , with this system we ensure that the binocular does not fog up, even with extreme temperature variations , in a range of -20 to + 80ºC.
