This range of manometers allows us to measure the
differential pressure between two points of the same
duct or ventilation system . This differential measurement is used to evaluate the
filters of the ventilation system and if they need replacement or not, therefore it is a meter of first necessity for installers of
air conditioning systems.
We find 4 types of meters according to the pressure range:
- 0-2hPa-speeds of 2-17.5m / s
- 0-20hPa-speeds of 5-55m / s
- 0-200hPa-speeds of 10-100m / s
- 0-2000hPa
For the
speed unit you can choose between m / s and fpm. For the
pressure measurement quantity, there are 8 units to choose from: kPa, hPa, Pa, mm H2O, mmHg, psi, inch H2O, inch Hg. The testo 512 differential pressure gauge displays pressure and flow velocity at the same time.
The differential pressure gauge is ideally suited for Pitot tube measurement (not included) in the air duct at especially high speeds or with heavily dirty airflow and displays both pressure and speed.
