It allows the combined measurement by infrared and penetration probe, thus completing the measurement of surface and interior temperature of any food product. It is foldable, waterproof and small, allowing its portability.

The device is activated as soon as the probe is deployed. Infrared measurement is started immediately when the key is pressed. The measurement results can be read very well on the large screen; the few keys are self-explanatory and can be operated without problems and without many prompts. Another practical advantage: the infrared food thermometer is waterproof (IP65)
