Digital thermometer with auger probe whose length is 100 mm and is used to measure the graduation of frozen products that do not reach -50ºC.The T-shaped head makes it much more comfortable for the user to measure the specific object, be it food or any semi-solid product that allows it to be punctured. The tip of the probe is spiral-shaped since, to make a good measurement, reliable and precise , it is necessary to screw it a little on the object in question.
