Timers and Alerts

It differs from the conventional watch in that it does not measure the minutes and hours of the day but allows to record shorter time intervals such as thousandths of a second, thus becoming a very useful instrument in sports competitions in which it is necessary to know the exact time from each competitor or also in the industry. It generally works as follows: when the user presses a button the stopwatch starts to run from scratch and, when the button is pressed again, the device stops allowing the user to know with unmatched precision the time that has elapsed.

For their part, the alarms fulfill the function contrary to the timers: you mark the time you want to elapse and these devices notify you (hence their name) when the marked time has arrived. It is a very useful device when we need to calculate a certain period of time very precisely.
