The top of the range for the American brand, the Vortex Razor HD spotting scope with a 27 to 60x zoom eyepiece has been completely renovated both inside and out, making it more appealing than ever due to its excellent value for money .

At the optical level, it uses a triplet apochromatic lens system with fluorinated components , HD glass with extra low dispersion lenses , XR Plus multilayer coatings and dielectric prisms. The combination of these components offers bright, contrasting, sharp images, with maximum color fidelity, virtually non-existent chromatic aberration and total absence of image distortions.
The design of the telescope has been completely renewed with a new focusing system that has become a helical centerpiece with high precision, achieving perfect focus in the entire field of view. The construction of the case has been made of magnesium with an outer rubber coating to make it light, robust and resistant to small shocks. With respect to the previous model, it has been possible to obtain a greater field of vision as well as a better weight balance by lowering the point of gravity to gain stability and avoid the classic tremors at high magnifications and with wind. It is waterproof and argon filled to prevent condensation of the lenses when there are sudden changes in temperature. In addition, it incorporates an Armortek surface treatment on the lenses that repels water and dirt for better maintenance and observation.
