Considering the vastness of cameras in the photographic market, some fundamental technical details are worth mentioning:
When using digital cameras that have an optical zoom of more than 3 magnifications, they may present vignetting problems, that is, a black frame will appear on the perimeter of the image. Sometimes round, other times square on top, etc. Avoiding vignetting is almost mission impossible. However, the lower the angle of the camera and its optical zoom, the better results we will obtain. Anyway, we should always edit the image so that it has an optimal result.
When you want to use a reflex camera, the distance of the objective must be between 40 and 50mm.
Basically the best results are obtained with cameras with a lens whose focal length is 50mm (converted to small format)
The focal lengths of digital camera lenses are generally smaller than traditional small format (35mm) cameras due to the recording medium (chip).
Converting the indicated focal lengths to small format is found in your camera's operating instructions.
Technical characteristics:
- The adapter is suitable for both straight eyepiece and oblique eyepiece telescopes. The necessary adjustment is made in some moments by means of a fixing thread.
- The camera holder is adjusted in the proper position by means of an elastic sphere interlock.
